Within reasonable hours in the day with no restriction on times. This can be in with your own room or in the communal areas of Dudley Court.

Of course - all we ask is you let us know when. You are free to come and go as you like.

Whenever they like - this is their home and they are free to decide their own resting hours. With 24-hour staff, people are always around.

Unfortunately not, in order to protect the health of other residents and staff.

All mail will be delivered to the resident’s room, unopened.

We have a variety of fresh dishes offered every day and you will be asked for your preferences. Unique dietary requirements are catered for and we liaise with nutritionists.

Each week there are a number of activities arranged for residents to take part in.

If a family member or friend is unable to attend an appointment with a resident, we can arrange for a member of staff to go along with them.

We have a number of dentist, opticians, and chiropodists available for our residents to book in with. If you were entitled to treatment free under the NHS rules before entering the home then it remains so.
